Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a global business service provider who are looking to appoint a Group HR Analyst to be responsible for the Group HR reporting, analysis and project implementation function for the Head Office, reporting into and supporting the Director of HR.

Responsibilities:
• To manage the production and maintenance of all Group HR reporting
• To manage the production of presentations for the Director of HR.
• To pro-actively manage and co-ordinate the bi-annual HR Conferences for the Group HR team, and to present where relevant
• To manage the Group payroll month on month analysis
• Ensure the budget forecasts and re-forecasts are carried out in a timely manner.
• Responsibility for the day to day management of the Head Office HR budgets and recording and reporting systems,.
• To ensure all HR systems are kept up to date and data recorded accurately
• To manage the Group Appraisal Process, ensure an effective communications plan, and collation of results within the appraisal period.
• To lead, coordinate, design and roll out the Group Employee Satisfaction Survey in line with CSR reporting
• Where relevant to be involved in post-acquisition HR integration work streams and project initiation
• To manage the introduction of employee development in a more focused and corporate strategy, including the maintenance of executive development
• To assist the Director of HR with the development of a business case for the procurement and implementation of a new Group HR System.

Person Specification:
• CIPD qualification or equivalent
• Previous exposure to statistical analysis, highly numerate and able to conduct mathematical operations and calculate descriptive statistics
• Degree or equivalent
• Advanced PowerPoint, and able to produce and present presentations to a high quality
• Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook
• Able to produce visual data in different and innovative ways.
• Able to analyse patterns in data to suggest possible explanations, and demonstrate common HR metrics
• Able to demonstrate a good understanding of current key UK employment law
• Proven track record of coordinating and managing HR projects from conception to completion
• Ability to communicate in a clear and compelling way to different audiences, champion equalities and foster a culture of trust and openness
• Excellent problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal sensitively, assertively and objectively with people
• To produce work to a consistently high standard within tight deadlines
