My client is currently looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator on a contract basis to cover maternity leave for 9 months.
Duties include:
* Setting up new clients and maintaining account details
* Processing customer credit application forms
* Banking Reconciliations
* Chasing outstanding payments
* Resolving customer queries
* Raising sales invoices monthly and weekly
* Liaising with customers and managers on daily basis
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Processing sales receipts
* Producing debtor reports
* VAT returns
* Monthly journals
* Any ad hoc duties that may be needed to cover.
The working hours are 40 Monday to Friday working for an excellent company with an excellent reputation
Sage and BACS experience ideal.
