My client is currently looking for Accounts Administrator to work on the outskirts of York to join their busy and vibrant team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, have a confident and personable telephone manner to make outbound telephone calls and receive inbound telephone calls. Must have a keen eye for detail and knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and must have experience with using SAP.

Duties to include :
• Answering calls and dealing with queries
• Processing payments and refunds
• Investigating payment discrepancies
• Daily and monthly end reports
• Working with other departments to ensure service level is reached
• Processing credit balance write offs
• Transferring payments into the correct accounts
• General administration duties including sales order processing and invoicing customers
• order office equipment and manage incoming and outgoing post
• Scan all documents and send documents for secure shredding
• Ensure the first impression of the company is a professional one
• Prioritise and manage own workload
• Organise storage cupboards and archives
• Any other Ad hoc admin duties
