We are working with an established and reputable organisation and they are looking for experienced Business Development Manager to join the business.

Reporting to the General Manager your main objective will be to develop new business sectors, initially Solid Wall Insulation and boilers installations. In the mid to long term you will also focus on developing other products such as renewable energy technologies.

Key focus and responsibilities will include;
•Build, maintain and develop client relationships to ensure that the company is promoted as the preferred partner for business.
•Help to grow the business and expand its products (Solid Wall Insulation, boilers installations and renewable energy technologies).
•Work with internal stakeholders to source service improvement opportunities.
•Maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships
•Maintain databases for recording customer information and details accurately
•Provide management with monthly performance reports and progress on propositions, solutions, pipeline reports, sales by lead sources and other activities.

For this role it is essential that you have strong communication and inter-personal skills. You will have a good understanding of the delivery methods required to meet service level agreements and expectations.

Knowledge and experience of energy efficiency products would be a distinct advantage.
