Job Information

My client, an established firm of IFA’s and Wealth Managers are presently looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced IFA Support administrator. The successful candidate must have previous financial office experience and be keen to progress with industry qualifications. You will be working alongside an existing team of Paraplanners and administrators and working together to support the advisers in their roles. The successful candidate will need to be confident and be comfortable in communication with colleagues at all levels. The role is initially for a year to cover maternity, but would suit a candidate looking to progress the role into an advisory position once the year has passed.

Working for a small/medium sized IFA.

Qualifications

Ideally will be RDR level 4 qualified, although not essential.

Minimum must have passed exams towards RDR Level 4 and not simply studying towards.

Experience

Has some experience in researching and writing suitability reports for clients - ESSENTIAL
Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an IFA - ESSENTIAL
Good knowledge of pensions/investments and protection

Computer Skills

Will preferably have experience using;

Intelligent Office
Exchange
Assureweb
Microsoft Office
