Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with an international brand who are looking to add a Senior HR Advisor to the existing HR Team. The Senior HR Advisor will work with line-managers across several operational and strategic functions, supporting the delivery of HR projects and best-practice over multiple sites in Newquay, Bath and Devon.

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to Managers, resolving people issues in an efficient and timely way.
• Build collaborative relationships with the HR community and stakeholders
• Support the HR function to drive a high performance environment, ensuring the business has the skills, culture, structure, and communication channels to enable people to deliver
• Employee engagement- creating an environment to increase employee commitment and contribution.
• Support employee development opportunities and support career mapping and management
• Implement change management programmes and support the delivery of HR projects

Person Specification:
• Senior HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Interpersonal Skills- Demonstrate direct and effective, culturally sensitive and emphatic communication skills.
• Functional Expertise- Broad and extensive generalist HR experience HR experience within demanding corporate environments, where operational HR issues have to be handled on a large scale and with a need to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
• Managing Change- the ability to bring about change/transition while engaging people and keeping customers satisfied.
• Experience of working in an international Company
• Ability to analyse data and produce reports making recommendations where appropriate
• Strong personal sense of integrity
• Able to work strategically but deliver operationally and administratively.
• Hands on approach
• A robust understanding of how HR supports a business to improve performance
