We are working with a one of the largest energy efficiency companies and they are looking to grow their sales teams within the Essex, Cambridge & Suffolk areas.

Competitive package is offered for this role - £12,000 starting salary, rising to £15,000 after 12 week probation period. Commission for each lead generated- so this role offers a fantastic OTE c£1000 per week.

Working in partnership with the local council, the role involves canvassing and door knocking on properties to advise households what is on offer to improve the energy efficiency of their house and make customer appointments for Green Deal Assessments.

Although a big part of the role is cold calling; the services are in conjunction with the local councils and households, so will have received information through the post and be expecting these enquiries from the canvassers- so fairly easy to generate leads and interest.

For this role candidates must have proven sales experience (ideally door to door), be confident in a field sales role, hold excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

This team will be growing quickly so for candidates who hold management experience or are interested in management positions, then there will opportunities to progress fairly quickly.
