My client is currently looking for a purchase ledger clerk to join their busy team based St Albans on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has seen continuous growth over the last couple of years.

The accounts function is a small yet busy team. The company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running so previous experience in a similar role is essential.

The role will include:

£ Processing invoices
£ Dealing and resolving any queries
£ Processing staff expenses
£ Posting and Reconciling company accounts
£ Checking and posting direct debits, standing orders and cash book entry’s
£ Preparing any ad hoc reports
£ Providing cover for the Sales Ledger team

Offering competitive rates of pay of up to £24,000 per annum. Free onsite parking available and close to transport links. The company itself has just moved to brand new and modern offices.
