I am currently recruiting for a temp to permanent credit control position, for a well-known company based in East London. Ideally they are looking for someone who can start work immediately.

My client is looking for some who is keen to work hard, is very organised, personable and excellent communicator. The company its self has seen good growth throughout the difficult economic climate and is looking to expand their accounts team.

The role will include:

Managing 300 live accounts at any one time
Chasing debt via telephone and email
Answering all inbound telephone email queries
Answering all customers correspondence
Allocating cash
Preparing and posting required journals
Any other ad hoc reporting that may be needed

I am looking for someone who has experience from a debt collection back ground and credit control. Will have good system and excel experience. Must be an excellent communicator and another European language would be desirable.

The position is paying up to £24,000 per annum.
