An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler has come available within a reputable and long established Insurance Broker in the Stoke-on-Trent Area.

Role Requirements:
•Dealing with a book of existing customers providing high service levels taking inbound calls and attending face to face meetings.
• Conducting mid-term adjustments, renewals and new business quotations on an SME to Corporate level within a variety of commercial insurance products.
• Providing a first class customer service experience for all clients with regards to a broad range of risks and industry sectors.
• Compliance with FCA guidelines.
• Working closely with other Account Handlers and Executives.
• Cross selling where possible to existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

It is essential that candidates have previous commercial insurance experience dealing with SME to Corporate products on a daily basis.

Cert CII qualified or above is desirable.

A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be considered essential.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence or equivalent and own transport is essential.
