Our client is a very reputable, national insurance broker who are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of compliance auditors as well as 6 offices located across the UK. The role includes auditing insurance files, documentation and telephone recordings to ensure sales comply with FCA guidelines and the Data Protection Act.

It is essential that candidates have a financial services / insurance background and have worked within a compliance role recently. Previous management experience within this sector would put candidates at a distinct advantage as would being Cert CII qualified or above. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Microsoft office packages, FCA guidelines, DPA, ICOBS and MI.

A full clean UK driving licence is also considered essential due to the travelling aspect of the position.
