Role Requirements:

·Working as an inbound sales adviser in the commercial motor department.
· Conducting mid-term adjustments, renewals and new business quotations
· Providing a first class customer service experience for all clients with regards to a broad range of risks and industry sectors
· Compliance with FCA guidelines
· Working closely with other Account Handlers and Executives
· Cross selling where possible to existing clients

Candidate Requirements:

· Experience working within personal or commercial insurance, breakdown insurance or the motor trade would be highly advantageous.
