The type of candidates we are looking for should be hard working, totally reliable and motivated.

The Site Manager will be working on a partnering framework with a local council with new works due to start 2013/14 involving 900 street properties for Warm, Dry, Safe works which involve electrical rewire/upgrade, partial kitchen/bathroom works, external repairs and redecoration/roof works, possible fire upgrade works to communal areas, dependent on each property's individual requirements.

Our client is also heavily involved in programmes including hidden homes and major void refurbishments. In addition we are refurbishing loft spaces to a higher specification with tight budgets.

Experience sought:
- We are looking for experienced staff, not years of experience but good building knowledge, energy and commitment to get the job done.
- Social housing refurbishment, scattered properties and/or tight budgets would be preferred
- Experience working with Local Authorities.
- Innovative, on the ball and one that uses their initiative.

This will be is a permanent role.
