Job Information
We are working with a leading and well established services based company and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team within one of their key departments.This is an immediate need so candidates will ideally be either immediately available or can start on short notice.
The role will involve managing a team of customer service advisor's who deal with the end-to-end customer journey including arranging appointments for sales, surveys, arranging finance and installation's, through to communicating with the customer at all points along the journey.
Key experience / Responsibilities;
*Previous experience of managing a large team within a customer
service environment
*Experience of using IT/CRM/call centre programmes
*Previous exposure of working in a target orientated role
*Responsible for recruiting, training and performance managing a team effectively
*Producing management reports
*Managing high volume, multi-channel customer queries effectively
*Hold excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
*Procedural and process driven
*Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
*Encourage team work and foster a positive work environment
