A perfect opportunity has opened up for a Sales Ledger Clerk in my clients finance department in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This diverse role combines both ledger and some client control work within a team reporting to the Finance Director.

Key duties:
? Invoice, update and assist in the maintenance of the sales ledger
? Upkeep of various credit control responsibilities
? Contacting customers about payment enquiries
? Answering telephone queries from customers
? Liaison with other departments
? Varied filing duties

Ideal candidate:
? Credit Control experience is desirable
? Working knowledge of Sage
? History of using Microsoft : particularly Word and Excel

This role would suit someone educated to a degree level or a person who is AAT qualified however this is not essential as there may be the opportunity to study for the AAT.
