Job Information

I am currently recruiting for a experienced HR Advisor for a financial services organisation in Bromley. This is a permanent position and they are looking for a candidate who can ideally start immediately.

The successful candidate will have experience of working as a HR Advisor in either the Finance, Insurance or Accountancy sector. They will have experience of a full generalist role including all areas of recruitment, Employee Relation, Policy and Procedure development and roll out, Coaching and Developing and HR Administration.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide the management team with HR specific information to agreed timescales to assist them to meet their business needs.
• Provide advice and recommendations in respect of preventative measures to reduce/avoid wastage of human resources, ensuring consistency in application of the policies.
• Provide management team with an effective recruitment and selection service to enable them to meet their employee resourcing needs within budgetary constraints.
• Operate the company human resource policies and procedures to meet organisation and comply with legislative requirements.
• Assist in the job evaluation and compensation processes to ensure provision and effective reward practices.
• Assist with the operation of the company Health & Safety policy.

KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Educated to degree level/standard.
• CIPD or Equivalent
• Proven experience in the key areas of accountability.
• Experience as a HR Generalist, ideally some of this time with some management experience.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, within the organisation.
• Proven team leadership and management skills.
• An ability to prioritise and focus on the important matters.
