My client a well-known company is currently looking for Sales Administrator to work on the outskirts of Leeds to join their busy and vibrant team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, have a confident and personable telephone manner to make outbound telephone calls and receive inbound telephone calls. Must have a keen eye for detail and knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.

Duties to include :
• Answering calls and dealing with queries
• Calls to existing clients and chasing sales leads
• General administration duties including maintenance of the existing database
• Manager receipts of tenders
• Reviewing data
• Setting up preparation folders
• Prioritise and manage own workload
• Any other Ad hoc admin duties

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and enthusiastic team, doing an all-round accounts administration role, for someone who can hit the ground running. Experience of working in a sales environment is essential and Experience of working in the construction industry would be advantageous.
