We are currently working with a well-established International Hotel Group and they are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager.

Reporting into the Financial Controller the role will involve assisting with the day to day running of the finance team, preparing monthly accounts and providing commercial analysis on performance.

Key duties will include;

•Prepare monthly management accounting and month-end procedures- P&L, Balance sheet and accruals and prepayments
•Daily / weekly and monthly finance reports - costs, payroll forecast, variances, expenses, cash, department analysis ect
•Weekly business forecast and commentary to Finance Controller.
•Prepare weekly cash flow forecast and variance analysis for submission to head office
•Prepare monthly cross charge journals, reconcile accounts, analysis and reporting on assets & liabilities of the hotel.
•Support and advice on financial and commercial matters to the Hotel Manager and to the hotel team, including the interpretation of financial data.
•Review management information for the hotel and make proposals to the Finance Controller and the Hotel Manager for value added initiatives.
•Provide financial and commercial skills to support business development initiatives, major pricing decisions and other commercial decision making.
•Oversee junior members of the team

For this role candidates can be studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA , or be QBE (Qualified by Experience). Hotel experience is essential.
