Job Information

We are currently working with an established and growing accountancy firm and they are looking for an Accountant to join the team- ideally who speaks fluent Italian.

The role will involve working as part of a team and will involve preparing accounts for a number of clients. Key duties will include;

•Day to day bookkeeping- for around 30 clients (upto 1m TO)
•Purchase and sales ledger
•Invoicing and payments
•Accounts upto Trial balance
•Bank reconciliation
•Preparing monthly accounts
•Assisting with Year-End accounting
•Prepare quarterly VAT
•Dealing with any queries from the client

For this role candidates must have experience within an accounting firm and have proven technical accounting experience. Candidates cans either be Part-Qualified ACCA/ACA or be QBE (Qualified by Experience).

The ideal candidate will possess good communication and customer service skills, be confident with dealing with a large number of clients.

Speaking Italian as first or second language will be preferable but not essential.
