Our client is an established and reputable corporate finance firm based in the heart of the city. They are recruiting for a Part Qualified Assistant Accountant to join the business. This varied and exciting role, will report into the CFO and it will include the following duties:

• Maintain the ledgers and prepare the management accounts
• Monitor bank accounts daily and produce bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly forecasts
• Prepare FCA returns
• Process the monthly payroll
• Develop accounting controls and procedures

The ideal candidate will be Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA with a wealth of experience within a similar role. Candidates with a financial services or corporate finance background would be of particular interest to my client. It is important that you are ‘hands on’ and that you have experience of doing a fast paced, analytical and varied role. You will to be a team player, be driven and enthusiastic the role has potential to develop further for the right company. The system used is Sage Line 50, so you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in using this package
