Our Client is looking for an account technician to join their team. The brokers themselves are predominantly High Net Worth with some commercial involved in regards to some cross sold property portfolios. They provide high net worth personal insurance for some of the people on the top 20 rich list, some of their business is abroad in places like South Africa and Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and aiding the insurance brokers
• Speaking to customers and advising them about insurance cover
• Handle insurance policy renewals, proposals and claims forms
• Providing customers with updates about claims

The person

• Ideally experienced in a customer facing role such as retail or sales
• Enthusiastic, with a desire to kick start a career in insurance
• Comfortable and confident in speaking to clients
• Progression focussed and a strong will to succeed
