We are working with a leading and well established services based company and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team within one of their key departments.

This is an immediate need so candidates will ideally be either immediately available or can start on short notice.

The role will involve managing a team of customer service advisor's who deal with the end-to-end customer journey including arranging appointments for sales, surveys, arranging finance and installation's, through to communicating with the customer at all points along the journey.

Key experience / Responsibilities;
•Previous experience of managing a large team within a customer
service environment
•Experience of using IT/CRM/call centre programmes
•Previous exposure of working in a target orientated role
•Responsible for recruiting, training and performance managing a team effectively
•Producing management reports
•Managing high volume, multi-channel customer queries effectively
•Hold excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
•Procedural and process driven
•Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
•Encourage team work and foster a positive work environment
