My client a very exclusive 5 star business resort is looking for a Payroll Administrator/Purchase Ledger clerk to job share on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very exclusive company and to work in very beautiful settings.

Previous experience of working in the Hospitality industry is essential.

• Processing and administering of monthly payrolls for permanent and casual staff
• Management reporting
• Statutory filings (RTI, P14, P11D, PAYE, P45,P46 and Car)
• Creating of month end payroll journeys
• Undertaking monthly and year end reconciliations
• Investigating payroll and reporting actual against budgets
• Maintaining appropriate records with regards to staff absences
• Posting of Purchase Ledger invoices
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Dealing with queries
• Investigating discrepancies

You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, able to work on Microsoft Excel to high level and have experience of working with Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50.

My client is looking to pay up to Β£21,000 with free onsite parking available.
