An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler has come available within a reputable and long established Insurance Broker in the Burgess Hill Area.

Role Requirements:
•Dealing with a book of existing customers providing high service levels taking inbound calls and attending face to face meetings.
• Conducting mid-term adjustments, renewals and new business quotations on the higher end of SME to Corporate level.
• Providing a first class customer service experience for all clients with regards to a broad range of risks and industry sectors on both national and international cases, dealing with client turnover in excess of £5m and premiums up to £100,000 per annum.
• Compliance with FCA guidelines.
• Working closely with other Account Handlers and Executives.
• Cross selling where possible to existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

It is essential that candidates have previous commercial insurance experience dealing with a variety of SME to Corporate products on a daily basis and a minimum of 5 years industry experience.

Cert CII qualified or above is desirable.

A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be considered essential.
