My client, an independent energy efficiency company, is searching for a Logistics Co-ordinator/Administrator to join the growing business. The role, based in Witham, has been created to keep smooth running of all logistical and operational functions of the Solid Wall business meaning organisational and administrative skills are a must. The varied role will report into the Office Manager.

Main duties:
• Organise on-site equipment to enable installs
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Manage work orders to enable accurate reporting
• Writing/dispatching routine letters
• Handling and tracking leads through every install related process
• Answering client queries
• General administration : photocopying/scanning/filing
• Organising diary for both installs and surveys

Ideal candidate:
• Previous administration role
• Experience of working within the construction industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office : Work/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Access
• Great telephone manner and organisation skills
