Job Information

My client, an established firm of IFA’s and Wealth Managers are presently looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced administrator. The successful candidate must have previous financial office experience and be keen to progress with industry qualifications. They area a small but productive team,the successful candidate will need to be able to integrate into the existing structure and be comfortable chipping in with all the office processes, from answering the phone to looking after clients that visit the office. This also creates an opportunity to work closely with the Para planners and the Financial Planner, giving a good insight into each role.

Working for a small/medium sized IFA.

Qualifications

Ideally will be progressing toward professional qualifications, however not essential.

Experience

Computer skills are essential, having a working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and database packages, including the manipulation of stats and data. A good working knowledge of Powerpoint would also be a distinct advantage.

Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an IFA practice.
Good knowledge of pensions/investments and protection products.
