Recruitment:.
We are actively looking to expand our key teams, where you will join an established team of consultants and be given a warm desk to develop. We are very interested to hear from candidates interested in joining our business within following divisions;
•Accountancy
•HR
•Insurance
•Financial Services

We have immediate positions available within these teams and will look at either Trainees/ Graduates looking to move into recruitment, or experienced Recruitment Consultants (salary will depend on experience).

In addition we are looking to expand our sectors and are looking for consultants to set-up new desks within Legal, IT and Oil & Gas. Here you will be responsible for developing, expanding and building the division

The Role:
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing and building a desk in your specific niche market. Joining an established team, this will be a warm desk, where you will be given specific clients and areas to work. You will need to be self-motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to develop your own business and source candidates.

In order to get up and running as quickly as possible, you will be put through a structured training programme. A typical day will consist of;
•Cold calling to win new business
•Writing adverts
•Screening CV’s
•Interviewing candidates
•Marketing plans
•Negotiating terms of business
•Maintain successful client relationships
•Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!

The Candidate:
It is imperative you are confident, competitive, articulate and gregarious that can all be demonstrated through past sales achievements. We are looking for candidates who have given some serious thought to their career and have researched the recruitment market. Most of all, you must be prepared to work hard and be very money motivated.
