An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler has come available within a highly reputable and long established Insurance Broker in the Penistone Area.

Role Requirements:
•Dealing with a book of existing customers providing high service levels taking inbound calls and attending face to face meetings.
• Conducting mid-term adjustments, renewals and new business quotations on an SME level dealing with premiums of sub £10k
• Providing a first class customer service experience for all clients with regards to a broad range of risks and industry sectors.
• Compliance with FCA guidelines.
• Working closely with other Account Handlers and Executives.
• Cross selling where possible to existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have Account Handling within the insurance industry and be looking for a step up into a role in which they can progress.

Ideally have SME experience but other insurance experience will be considered.

A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be considered essential.
