My client a well-known company, currently is looking for a Customer Service Executive to work out of the Witham office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience; have a confident and personable personality. Have experience within working in a Customer Service environment.

Duties to include :

• Managing the end-to-end customer journey
• Arranging appointments
• Arranging technical surveys
• Arranging finance under the consumer credit license
• Arranging installations
• Dealing with queries
• Communicating with customers and making sure they are up to date
• Any other ad hoc duties may be required

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and enthusiastic team with a great potential. Due to the nature of the business 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 and in 4 weeks working 12pm to 8pm.

The client is offering a salary of up to £18,200 per annum. Experience of working in an energy sector would be advantageous.
