Cameron James Recruitment is currently working with a well-established SME company in the Witham area. They are now looking for a strong Finance Manager to manage a small finance team and support the Finance Director.

This exciting and varied role will offer the opportunity for the right candidate to progress.
Responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• P & L
• Liaise with contract department and calculate turnoiv
• Bank reconciliations on all bank accounts
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Assisting with the year-end and Audit
• Supervise and support the finance team
• Assist the FD with the preparation of the budgets

You will be Part Qualified or Finalist level. You will need to have experience in managing and motivating a small finance team. Candidates will be self-starters who are accustomed to working in fast paced and demanding environments. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Candidate that have a construction, manufacturing or contracting background would be of particular interest to the client.
