We are currently working with a growing Energy Efficiency business and they are recruiting for a Installation Delivery Supervisor.

Reporting to the Office Manager the role will involve supervising a small team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the team organise the installations, including supporting equipment, to a standard which maximises earning potential.

This is a fast paced role which will require a hands on person. This role will be responsible for ensuring the team members are fully equipped to fulfil their role.Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure installs are planned and scheduled accurately across all product groups.
•Effective communication with our on-site operatives to ensure they are carrying out their daily programmes to a high standard.
•Organise and arrange on site equipment i.e. scaffolding, cherry pickers, boiler kits etc.
•Track and report on installs to the Office Manager & Operations Manager.
•Work together with the Administration Supervisor to ensure all scheduled installs have been prepared for submission.
•Keep the Office Manager informed about any staff/customer challenges regularly and complete weekly KPI reports.
•Coach and mentor the team to ensure that the member of staff meets the minimum standard expected.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Requirements:
•Ideally knowledge of previous experience of working within heating, insulation and renewable energy installation markets
•Previous experience at supervisory level
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
