Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with Professional Services organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to provide high quality, commercial advice on a range of employee relations issues in order to help mitigate risk and follow best practice.

Responsibilities:
• To provide high quality HR advice and support to the organisation including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances and people management change initiatives.
• Conducting all exit interviews and reporting feedback and analysis
• Providing support with recruitment activity
• Policy writing and implementation and review / updating of existing policies
• To support the HR Business Partner in strategic HR objectives providing advice and support on employee benefits to team leaders
• Conducting the annual salary review benchmarking activity including review of salary bandings and be able to advise on recommendations
• To provide support on other ad hoc projects
• Support the HR Business Partner in the Individual Performance Management process

Person Specification:
• Degree (or equivalent) qualification or relevant professional qualification CIPD part CIPD qualified
• Practical experience in a generalist HR role ( professional services desirable)
• Strong employee relations experience
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and strong research skills
• Experience of providing pragmatic and commercial advice in relation to employee relations issues with the ability to weigh up risk
• A strong consultative style with proven stakeholder management skills
• Resilient and adaptable in dealing with stakeholders
• Ability to influence and build credible relationships
• Flexible with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining discretion and professionalism in all matters
