Job Information

My client a well-known housing company who provides housing support to students is looking for an administrator to work in their busy office. The company is based in a central Leeds location.

The company are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. You must have experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

The role varies according to the demands of the day, but activities typically include

• Managing filing systems, using a range of office software including photocopying, faxing and scanning
• Supporting Managers and site staff, meeting and greeting visitors to site
• Processing and distributing mail and ensuring outgoing mail is properly addressed and distributing
• Answering incoming calls, Liaising with head office and the accounts team and resolving day to day queries
• Recording office expenditure, managing the site office budget, stationary and equipment
• Maintaining the office and organising maintenance callout’s as and when needed
• Organising internal and external visitor meetings and organising refreshments
• Ensuring paperwork/student information is available, marketing, conducting viewings, signing up student tenants.
• Inputting applications, taking deposits, printing and processing tenancy agreements
• Inputting applications, sending payment and Id forms
• Tracking correspondence, updating data information and keeping accurate records
• Completing tenancy, distributing tenancy letters
• Setting charges, supporting managers and liaising with the maintenance team
• Any other ad hoc duties
