We are working with an established and reputable Energy Efficiency organisation and they are looking for an experienced Sales Rep to join their Cavity Wall Sales Division.

Basic salary is 20k, plus Bonus (c60k OTE). Covering Cambridge, Suffolk and Essex areas. Candidates must drive and have access to a car (travel costs will be covered).

The role will be field based and will involve working with existing / lapsed customers selling cavity wall insulation. Following warm leads and re-visiting customers who have already had the technical survey done and approved for the product, the role is ideal for someone who is proactive and sales driven

Green Deal and Energy efficiency is not essential for this role - although candidates must have proven field based experience, selling to customers in their homes.

Key duties and Experience Required;
•Follow up on previous house surveys and re-sell the product
•Pro-actively book appointments and visit customers
•Promote and sell to existing customers
•Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them to make decisions to suit their needs.
•Establish, develop and maintain a good relationship with current and prospective customers in your within agreed catchment areas
•Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
•potential, determine the value and quality of existing and prospective leads
•Work to sales targets, managing your own time effectively
•Provide management with written reports on performance and all sales information
•Participate in team meetings regularly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, plus the ability to work to targets and hold strong sales experience.
