My client is looking for a Junior Auditor to join the dynamic, client focused team. This position, based in the Orpington area, revolves around performing the audits for a range of clients. The right candidate for this would be able to hit the ground running and have the motivation to thrive in a progressive environment. This diverse and varied role reports into the Senior Auditor.

Main duties:
- Assisting with the audit process with consideration of audit risk issues/accounting technical matters.
- Undertaking in audits and audit fieldwork on client sites
- Addressing with Audit Seniors any technical and audit issues identified during the course of audits
- Delivering expertise across primary accounting frameworks (IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters
- Ensuring all Audit engagements are in compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures
- Identifying areas requiring improvement in client business processes and providing recommendations
- Maintaining an up to date understanding of client businesses and developing good working relationships with client staff

Ideal candidate:
- 1 year+ experience working in a junior audit position
- Knowledge of audit procedures
- Experience of Sage/Iris/MS Office
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict audit deadlines

This role is going to suit someone who is wanting who has the experience but now wants to focus on progressing up the ladder.
