Cameron James Professional Recruitment are recruiting an Area Sales Person for Electrical Wholesale to cover the North East of England. This is a regional position which will include from working from home and working from regional office based in Newcastle.Due to the companys expansion, they are looking for Area Sales Person for Electrical Wholesale to join its field sales team across the key areas of United Kingdom. Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The successful applicant will have experience within the engineering sector in a sales role. This can include selling to or working within an engineering company.
Also the successful candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise is core to this job position. You must be able to juggle demands, plan ahead to anticipate needs and have proven ability to handle the complete sales cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling test instruments, Calibration and Training to electricians and maintenance engineers form electrical contractors to factory maintenance teams.
Must have good Demonstrating skills
Good selling and closing skills
The successful applicant will have Maintenance of CRM package
You will be visiting customers 3 days out and 2 in office
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Engineering qualification C&G, HNC
Previous experience involving customer interaction will be beneficial
Must have engineering application knowledge
Have a positive attitude and are generally optimistic and is willing to work hard and are driven to achieve success
