Job Information

A firm of Financial Advisors in Weybridge requires an experienced Administrator who has experience and exposure to financial services either pensions and investment, Private or Corporate clients
knowledge of setting up individual client platforms and pensions/employee benefits would be advantageous.
Some Financial Services qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
Skills:
good organisational and planning skills and to be able to keep a time record of work undertaken on behalf of clients;
understand the advice process and the need for a commercial relationship with clients;
strong communication skills and excellent analytical skills; and
good team player with a flexible approach.
maintenance of client and portfolio records
knowledge or exposure to auto enrolment
You must have a good understanding of MS office. Most documentation is from templates though.
You will be involved in corporate client face to face review meeting and eventually as your career progresses you will manage and develop these clients.
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9-5 with an hour for lunch
