An exponentially growing boutique IFA firm are looking to add a paraplanner to their current team in Kingston-Upon-Thames, just South West of Central London.

The ideal candidate profile is as follows:

2 years' experience working at an IFA firm in an administrative capacity, with some paraplanning duties
Able to write suitability reports from templates for products across Pensions, Life, Protection and Investments
Completed at least CF1 or RO1 examinations and eager to complete their Level 4 DipFA, or fully Diploma Qualified
Background in Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Planning firms rather than Banks, Mortgage firms or providers
Ambitious, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in Financial Services offerings
This firm are highly meritocratic and reward professional growth and a development of knowledge and qualifications.

As such the salary offered will range between £20,000 for someone with more of sales support/administrative background in the industry to £30,000 for a fully fledged para planner.

Salary will rise in a formulaic manner upon qualifications and professional achievements with additional bonuses being offered.
