We are working with a leading and well established services based company and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Administration Manager to manage a team within one of their key departments.This is an immediate need so candidates will ideally be either immediately available or can start on short notice.
The role will involve managing a team of administrators and customer service advisor's who deal with the end-to-end customer journey including arranging appointments for sales, surveys, arranging finance and installation's, through to communicating with the customer at all points along the journey.
Key experience / Responsibilities;
• Previous experience of managing a large team within a customer service and administration environment
• Experience of using IT/CRM/call centre programmes
• Create a seamless back office operation
• Previous exposure of working in a target orientated role
• Responsible for recruiting, training and performance managing a team effectively
• Producing management reports
• Managing high volume, multi-channel customer queries effectively
• Hold excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Procedural and process driven
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Encourage team work and foster a positive work environment
The client would consider candidates who are currently at supervisor / team leader level who would be looking for an opportunity to step up into this role. They would also consider candidates who are in a similar level position and looking for that next challenge.
For this role it is essential that candidates have proven management experience, including recruitment, training and leading a team.
