Job Information

I am currently recruiting for a HR Senior Advisor/Manager for a Healthcare organisation in Kent.

The ideal candidate with have work in a similar generalist position within either the Health/Social Care sector or Not for Profit.

They must have extensive experience within recruitment and compliance as well as ER, Policy and Procedure and Learning & Development.

Duties include:

• Managing the HR team and overseeing the human resources function for the organisation
• Responsible for all HR processes including disciplinary, grievances and performance management
• Providing advice and guidance on all HR issues
• Advising and coaching managers on people management matters and complying with Employment Law
• Ensuring legal compliance, best practice and consistency in all HR matters
• Leading delivery of HR services such as recruitment, retention and learning and development
• Ensuring consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures and initiate changes in line with changing legal requirements
• Implementing Group HR programs and policies
• Developing and delivering training programs

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous HR experience in a generalist capacity, including performance management, dealing with grievance and disciplinary procedures, recruitment, staff welfare and learning and development
• An up to date knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop strong and effective working relationships
• Degree educated and qualified CIPD member
• Demonstrated ability to continuously improve HR processes to support business objectives
