Job Information

Part of a small HR Support team, reporting into a HR Manager, supporting around 900 colleagues nationwide. This role covers all essential HR administration - processing starters and leavers, drafting employment contracts, updating and maintaining HR Systems, coordinating recruitment activity, helping manage colleague benefits, responding to email and phone queries and liaising with payroll as well as acting as the first point of contact for colleagues in the business. There will also be plenty of opportunities to support the wider HR team with projects.
The right person will need to do this professionally and always with a smile on your face, whilst being accurate and proactive : responding and dealing with queries before they become issues.

It’s a fast paced environment, so to be successful in the role you will need to have great attention to detail, excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. You’ll also need to be able to work confidentially.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in administration and/or HR. But more importantly someone who enjoys their job, has a positive outlook and is good fun.
