My client, a leading education foundation, is looking for a part-time Finance Administrator who is immediately available to join their growing finance department on a 3 month rolling contract. This part-time role, based in Central London, combines elements of both ledgers and payroll as well as administration. Working two days per week, this position reports into the Management Accountant.Main duties:
Processing invoices on Purchase and Sales Ledgers
Credit Control duties
Dealing with both payroll and finance related queries
Bank reconciliations
Processing expenses
General administration duties
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience as a Finance Administrator
Knowledge of MS Office : Excel particularly
Wanting part-time work
Ability to multi-task
Great administrative skills
