Job Information

My client, a leading education foundation, is looking for a part-time Finance Administrator who is immediately available to join their growing finance department on a 3 month rolling contract. This part-time role, based in Central London, combines elements of both ledgers and payroll as well as administration. Working two days per week, this position reports into the Management Accountant.

Main duties:
• Processing invoices on Purchase and Sales Ledgers
• Credit Control duties
• Dealing with both payroll and finance related queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing expenses
• General administration duties

Ideal candidate:
• Previous experience as a Finance Administrator
• Knowledge of MS Office : Excel particularly
• Wanting part-time work
• Ability to multi-task
• Great administrative skills
