An award winning Financial Services firm are looking to add a Compliance Monitoring Manager to their team in Central London.

In what is a varied role with a national leading name, this role would allow the succesful candidate broad exposure to the market.

The successful candidate will be as follows:
• CF10 Compliance Oversight and CF11 Money Laundering Reporting duties
• Liaising with the Risk and Internal Audit Functions to adhere to FCA standards
• Experienced in measures for Treating Customers Fairly, FCA Systems and Conduct for Business
• Over 7 years experience within Compliance in roles at either a bank, IFA practice or consultancy firm
• Reporting to Head of Compliance and managing a team 2 Compliance Officers

The salary for this role is particularly competitive, paying £50,000-£60,000 with a bonus to 30% of salary and fantastic progression.
