Key responsibilities of the Head of Central Compliance will include:

- Must be able to maintain the compliance manual and implement policies and procedures.
- Creating and sustaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stake holders
- CF10a relationship in order to maintain the client assets breach register

The appropriate candidate will have,

-Significant UK and EMEA regulatory experience with particular familiarity of MiFID, EMIR, CFTC and ESMA
- Stong investment background including banking and broking
- Extensive product knowledge
