Job Information

I am currently looking for a Property Administrator to support the department in managing files and documentation, both hard and soft copy and to assist with the smooth running of property transactions for a client I am working with.


Your responsibilities will include:
-? File management
-? Assist with opening, billing and archiving files
-? Requisitioning property searches using on line or direct systems
-? Producing legal packs of property documents, both hard copies and electronic, including indexing; liaising with the facilities department and IT department in production of both hard copy and electronic bibles
-? Downloading documents from the Land Registry
-? Transferring attachments to appropriate electronic folders, using uniform and accurate document descriptions
-? Working closely with secretaries, document centre and general office to develop and implement efficiencies in systems, taking full advantage of available technology
-? Producing SDLT returns and Land Registry applications as instructed by fee earners
Checking and producing deeds schedules for storage and external delivery
-? Champion the file management systems
-? Updating contact details on the firm’s contact management system (InterAction)
-? Assisting with day-to-day filing of emails and correspondence, both hard copies and electronic
-? Assisting in ensuring hard copy documents bibles are up-to-date
