I am urgently looking for a Commercial Paralegal to join my clients team in helping another Paralegal support 23 fee earners.

You should have excellent academics, nothing less than a 2:1 and have experience of working in a Commercial Paralegal role.

Your duties are below:

· Manage, co-ordinate and assist with drafting documentation on a variety of art related matters.

· Carry out research on art matters, particularly in relation to cross border transactions.

· Undertake general administration tasks including filing, financial reports to the client and maintaining matter tracking documents.

· Provide support including monitoring dates for completion of deals, tracking drafts, monitoring action items, liaising with other solicitors and intermediaries including foreign counsel.

· Assist team with other ad-hoc duties.
