A leading Financial Advisory Company are looking to add another Employed Mortgage Advisor to their expanding team based in Central London.

In a role involving business development and client relationship management, the candidate will be responsible for:
• Building a client base using warm leads, advising on mortgage solutions in-house from an Estate Agency.
• Managing client relationships from existing client base across all stages of mortgage processing, from initial application through to completion.
• Identifying the best mortgage solution for the client using indepth industry knowledge.
• Liaising with estate agents, administrators and solicitors to ensure all compliance is adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker/Mortgage Advisor and will have the full CeMap qualification.
This is a rare opportunity to turn warm, already generated leads into a diverse portfolio of Mortgage clients in an employed capacity.
Due to the varied nature of the role and the high calibre of this firm they will be offering a fantastic salary of £20,000-£30,000 plus a competitive commission structure.
