Job Information

I am currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join my clients firm and work in team. You should have at least 3 years experience and will be able to work independently and in a team. You should also be able to use a Digital dictation system and be able to use Microsoft Office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Co-ordinate fee earner diaries, give general administrative support to the team and act as a key contact point for clients.
* You will also be required to audio type and produce general letters, notes, forms and any other documentation.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and will take a professional approach to all administrative duties. You will also need excellent communication skills.

The office has a busy environment so you will therefore need to be able to handle a large workload. Time management skills and organisational skills are essential, you will also have a good telephone manner.

Candidates should have a fast typing speed (65wpm+) and audio typing skills. Proven legal secretarial experience would be ideal.
