Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a professional Services organisation who are looking to add a Reward and Benefits Manager to their organisation to manage the firm’s reward and benefits programme across all office locations. This opportunity will allow you to work closely with the Head of HR in a critical reward role which has been newly created. In addition, you will be the central point of contact for all benefits processes as well as being acknowledged as the subject matter expert. This is a part-time role for 3 days per week (flexible) and can be based in either Hampshire, Surrey or Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities:
• Working with the Head of HR on salary and bonus reviews
• Administering and updating the HR and benefits system.
• Regular liaison with the firm’s benefit broker including conducting activities to ensure that all data within the benefits system is current and correct.
• Managing long-term sickness absence.
• Checking and processing all benefits related invoices working closely with members of the finance team
• Managing the annual benefits renewal process including conducting benefits presentations.
• Writing and updating reward and benefits policies
• Conducting an annual review of the firm’s benefits and reward schemes to ensure that the firm remains competitive for recruitment and retention purposes.
• Conducting an annual review of the firm’s flexible benefits provider.
• Making recommendations to the business and implementing any changes
• Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required.

Person Specification:
• IT literate with experience of HR databases, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Previous reward and benefits experience ideally at a senior level, and preferably in a professional services environment
• Numerate
• A thorough understanding of the different benefits
• A strategic thinker with the ability to drive ideas forward
• Confident making recommendations to the business
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail at all times.
• A strong team orientation
• Able to demonstrable ability to influence at senior levels; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional approach and appearance
• Knowledge and experience of pension auto-enrolment regulations
• Complete confidentiality at all times
