Job Information

Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with and international brand who are looking to appoint a Pensions and Benefits Specialist to work within the wider HR and Finance teams and support the Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration service to all pension members in conjunction with Benefits Administrator
• Provide advice and assistance to H.R. team in respect of risk insurances
• Liaison with external pension companies to ensure high level service standard provided to Trustees and members in line with agreement
• Responsibility for monthly tracking elements
• Liaison with Payroll department to ensure accuracy of pension member’s payments and to provide regular updates for member changes
• Administration of risk Insurances and annual renewals
• Regular written communication to pension members & presentations
• Attendance at pension committees (preparation for meeting & follow up)
• Full support to company Pension Manager & Trustees
• Involvement in ad hoc projects taking responsibility for a successful conclusion
• Responsibility for reviewing and improving member literature for pension scheme

Person Specification:

• Previous working knowledge of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Schemes a necessity
• Knowledge of risk benefits would be an advantage
• High level of English grammar with attention to detail and ability to produce high level communication documents
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Strong organisation skills and must be able to work to deadlines
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional approach with excellent communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills & accuracy essential
