Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with and international brand who are looking to appoint a Pensions and Benefits Specialist to work within the wider HR and Finance teams and support the Compensation and Benefits Manager.Responsibilities:
Provide administration service to all pension members in conjunction with Benefits Administrator
Provide advice and assistance to H.R. team in respect of risk insurances
Liaison with external pension companies to ensure high level service standard provided to Trustees and members in line with agreement
Responsibility for monthly tracking elements
Liaison with Payroll department to ensure accuracy of pension members payments and to provide regular updates for member changes
Administration of risk Insurances and annual renewals
Regular written communication to pension members & presentations
Attendance at pension committees (preparation for meeting & follow up)
Full support to company Pension Manager & Trustees
Involvement in ad hoc projects taking responsibility for a successful conclusion
Responsibility for reviewing and improving member literature for pension scheme
Person Specification:
Previous working knowledge of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Schemes a necessity
Knowledge of risk benefits would be an advantage
High level of English grammar with attention to detail and ability to produce high level communication documents
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
Strong organisation skills and must be able to work to deadlines
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Professional approach with excellent communication skills
Strong Analytical skills & accuracy essential
